Spring into Summer – Tune into Nature

Course Summary:

Refresh and enliven your mind and heart, tuning into the sounds and rhythms of nature. Three experienced mentors will lead you on a creative journey of discovery to renew your connection with self, nature and others. Unwind in the beautiful fields and woodlands of Berrington Hall. Experience a variety of ways to deepen your connection with nature including personal reflection, sharing, the written word and fun activities to expand your senses. Many of our facilitators also run courses which further the Permaculture Ethics of Earth Care, People Care and Fair Shares, but do not specifically teach you Permaculture. The courses listed below are some of these.

Women’s Wild Hearth

A 5-day camp for women who would like to get closer to the wild side of nature, develop their intuition and learn some skills for practical and personal resilience.

When: 5th – 10th July 2016

Where: Nr Widecombe-in-the-Moor, Dartmoor

Investment: £375 (limited concessions £325 – £295 depending on income)

Learn how to deepen your connection to nature and your feeling of belonging to the land. 

Share crafting and laughing, story, song and sisterhood. Ancient skills, working with fire, foraging, wild medicines. Yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. Time under the stars, and the ancient practice of the sweat lodge.
